Terms of service
Effective 8 November 2026
1. Who we are
NEURQ Labs is a sole proprietorship in South Africa. It is not a registered company and is not registered for VAT. In these terms "NEURQ Labs", "we", "us" and "our" mean that business.
- Information officer: the owner, as head of the business.
- Address: Morningside, Johannesburg, 2196. This is also our address for legal notices.
- Email: [email protected]. Website: neurqlabs.co.za.
2. These terms and our policies
These terms, our Privacy policy, Cookie policy, PAIA manual, Disclaimer and Data deletion page together form the whole agreement between you and us about this website. Where this site links to a platform or another website, that provider's own terms apply to your use of it. You can save or print any of these pages at any time.
3. What this site is
This site tells you about NEURQ Labs and the tools we build for South African small businesses, and it carries the RHEVO waitlist. It does not sell anything and takes no payments.
- RHEVO is a WhatsApp store tool. It has not launched, so the site only takes a waitlist for it.
4. The RHEVO waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and creates no contract for any service.
- Give a business email address that you are allowed to use. We may remove duplicate or false entries.
- We email you when RHEVO becomes available, and we may send a short note about the launch. You can ask us to remove your entry at any time.
- Joining the waitlist does not reserve a place, a price or a feature. RHEVO's terms and price will be published before anyone can subscribe.
5. RHEVO after launch
The terms for using RHEVO will be published on this site before any subscription begins, and you will be asked to accept them first. Nothing on this site today is an offer to sell RHEVO, and no feature described here is a promise that it will be built.
6. Using the site fairly
You may not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks someone else's rights;
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated means, AI training tools included, to copy or collect information from the site, or to build another database from it;
- send us spam, or use the waitlist form to submit anyone else's address without their permission;
- try to get round the site's security, or disrupt how it runs.
We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules, and we may report unlawful behaviour to the authorities.
7. Our content
The NEURQ Labs name and logo, and the site's design, software and text, belong to us. You may view, print and save pages for your own use, and you may link to the site as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you. Anything else needs our written permission.
8. Links to other sites
Some pages link to websites and platforms we do not run. Once you leave neurqlabs.co.za, their content, terms and privacy policies apply, not ours, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site running at all times, but we cannot promise that it will never be slow, interrupted or down, and we may carry out maintenance without notice. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the site, including a feature described as coming soon.
10. Our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss caused by relying on information on the site, or for the site being unavailable. None of this limits our liability for our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability the law does not let us limit, and nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
11. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by something we cannot reasonably control, such as load shedding, internet or network failures, an attack on our systems or a provider's, a natural disaster, a pandemic, a strike or an order of government.
12. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa, and the South African courts decide any dispute about them. Nothing stops either of us from asking a court for urgent relief.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects you materially, we tell you on the site before it applies.
14. Complaints and questions
Please bring any complaint or question to us first, at [email protected], or by post to Morningside, Johannesburg, 2196. We aim to settle every complaint as quickly as we can, and we tell you what we have done.
